You can delete your account and the data tied to it at any time — from inside the app, or by writing to us.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Riela.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice — the second step is a final confirmation, because deletion cannot be undone.
If you signed in with Google or Apple you may be asked to re-authenticate first; this is a security requirement of the sign-in provider.
By e-mail
Write to [email protected] from the device or the address linked to the account. We respond within 30 days.
What is deleted

| Your authentication record (anonymous ID, and e-mail / display name if you signed in) | Deleted. |
| Credit balance, fair-use counters, subscription entitlement record | Deleted together with the account. |
| Feedback and support messages you sent, with any screenshots you attached | Deleted together with the account. |
| Photos you submitted and the results | Not stored in a permanent library on our servers in the first place — they are processed transiently and the AI provider’s result links expire automatically. |
| Purchase receipts held by Apple / Google | Not ours to delete. Payments are processed by the App Store and Google Play; their records are governed by their own policies. Deleting your Riela account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your App Store / Google Play subscription settings. |
Before you delete
- Unused credits and any remaining subscription time are lost and cannot be restored.
- Save any results you want to keep to your device first.
- Cancel an active subscription in the store, otherwise it keeps renewing.
